About Spring Break the-rest-i'll-tell-you-if-you-ask-or-if-we-are-ever-at-a-dinner-
party-and-i-have-an-incredible-story-to-share-
it-is-then-that-you-will-hear-more.
1. Germany was COLD
2. I learned more history in Germany than in any of my high school history classes
3. We drank Starbucks twice in Frankfurt, ate sushi, and watched a movie in an English movie theater- 27 dresses. It was a very American day
4. Lots of people speak English in Germany
5. Germany was the cleanest country I've ever been to and people there are tall
6. In Munich we had a free tour and walked the very steps Hitler did when he was making the Nazi party
7. I watched German soccer with German boys in a German hostel and it was so much fun
8. I never knew one could get so much enjoyment out of something one did not understand, but it is possible: German opera
9. Train rides are my favorite way to travel around Europe because you can see so much of the country through the window. I especially loved the German countryside
10. On Monday I was in : Frankfurt-Munich-Rome. On Tuesday: Rome-Venice-Paris. It was a busy two days to say the least.
11. In one week I was on five different plane rides, that is five times the amount I've ever been on in the course of my 20 years
12. We stayed one night in a gorgeous beyond gorgeous village in France. I wish we had more time there because I think that I prefer small towns like that over the big cities of a country
13. However, Paris is my favorite city so far
14. I was too tired to fully enjoy Paris, sadly
15. I want to go back to Paris
16. I ate crepes in Paris
17. French men are just as flirty as Italian
18. French are sometimes mean to you if you don't speak French
19. In Rome I had troubles with my carry on luggage and had to check back in and the Italian man who was helping me asked me the last name of my friend and I thought he was going to ask for her number and I got really upset but it turned out that he wanted to give us priority boarding for free because in his Italian accent "i think your cute" and I didn't understand at first because it was 6 am and i was half asleep and my hair was a mess and i had on no make up but I'll take it, thanks.
20. Paris was COLD
21. and one more addition: it was oh so great to see Ikuma, we had a blast and I'm very glad she came. :)
I'm glad to hear that Germany is amazing. That's the next place on my list. You'll have to tell me more about it! What do they really think of Americans? How bad or good is the food? Do they really drink that much beer? lol

#4 How amazing would it be if Americans knew the foreign language they study at school as well as the Germans know English?
